Staining of unstimulated (left) and PMA/ionomycin stimulated (right) CD4 sorted PBMCs cultured under Th2 polarizing conditions with surface PE anti-human CD3 (UCHT1) (cat. 12-0038) and intracellular Pacific Blue® anti-human IL-10 (JES3-9D7). Total viable cells were used for analysis.

Description
The JES3-9D7 monoclonal antibody reacts with human interleukin-10 (IL-10).

Applications Tested
This JES3-9D7 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis. This can be used at 20 μl (1 μg) per million cells in a 100 μl total staining volume.
