Questions? Please consult our answers to frequently asked questions at http://www.ebioscience.com/faq. DescriptionThe O323 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD27, a lymphocyte-specific member of the TNFR superfamily. CD27 is expressed by a subset of thymocytes and virtually all mature T cells and is upregulated upon T-cell stimulation. CD27 binds to CD70, and through this interaction, plays an important role in T cell-B cell interaction. Applications ReportedFor research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This O323 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. The Alexa FluorŽ 700 emits at 723 nm and can be excited with the He-Ne 633 laser. Most instruments will require a 685 LP mirror and 710/20 filter. Please make sure that your instrument is capable of detecting this fluorochome. Applications TestedThis O323 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood leukocytes. This can be used at 20 μl (.25 μg) per 100 μl blood (or per 1 million cells in 100 μl total staining volume). References
