Intracellular staining of Th2 cultured cells for human IL-10. CD4+ were cultured for 4 days under Th2 polarizing conditions. Cells were then reactivated with PMA/Ionomycin (right) or unstimulated (left) in the presence of monensin for 5 hrs. Cells were harvested, stained with anti-CD3 (11-0037), fixed, permeabilized, and stained with 10 μL of Alexa Fluor® 488 anti-human IL-10.

The JES3-9D7 monoclonal antibody reacts with human interleukin-10 (IL-10).

Applications Tested


This JES3-9D7 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis. This can be used at 20 μl (0.125 μg) per million cells in a 100 μl total staining volume.
