Description

The monoclonal mouse IgG1, κ, immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype control.

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Alexa Fluor® 488 Mouse IgG1, K Iso Cntrl has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested

This mouse IgG1 isotype control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral leukocytes. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
