Description

The monoclonal rat IgG2a, κ is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. The Alexa Fluor® 488 Rat IgG2a Isotype Control has been reported useful as an isotype control for immunofluorescent staining and flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested

This rat IgG2a isotype control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocyte suspension. This can be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
