CD4+ T cells were cultured for 4 days under Th2 polarizing conditions. Cells were then reactivated with PMA/Ionomycin (right) or unstimulated (left) in the presence of monensin for 5 hrs. Cells were harvested, stained with anti-CD3 (11-0037), fixed, permeabilized, and stained with Alexa Fluor® 647 anti-human IL-10.

Description
The JES3-9D7 monoclonal antibody reacts with human interleukin-10 (IL-10).
Applications Reported
For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This JES3-9D7 antibody has been reported for use in intracellular staining followed by flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested
This JES3-9D7 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis of Th2-polarized CD4+ T cells. This can be used at less than or equal to 20 μl (0.125 μg) per million cells in a 100 μl total staining volume, however the titre may need to be further optimized in some experiments.
