Description
The 11-26c monoclonal antibody reacts with the δ heavy chain of mouse IgD. It does not react with other classes of mouse immunoglobulin including IgA, IgG or IgM. IgD is expressed by peripheral mature B cells. 11-26c does not activate B cells.
Applications Reported
For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This 11-26c (11-26) antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested
This 11-26c (11-26) antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.125 μg per million cells in a 100 μl total staining volume. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
