Questions? Please consult our answers to frequently asked questions at http://www.ebioscience.com/faq. DescriptionThe eBioABL-93 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD107b, also known as LAMP-2 (lysosomal-associated membrane protein 2). CD107b, an approximately 120 kDa protein, is highly glycosylated and expressed intracellularly on myeloid cells and epithelial cells. It is reported that CD107b is identical to the mouse Mac-3 antigen. Applications ReportedFor research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This eBioABL-93 (ABL-93) antibody has been reported for use in intracellular staining followed by flow cytometric analysis. Applications TestedThis eBioABL-93 (ABL-93) antibody has been tested by intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis of thioglycolate-induced peritoneal-exudate cells. This can be used at less than or equal to 1 μg per million cells in a 100 μl total staining volume. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. References
