Description
The monoclonal antibody 25F9 recognizes a protein on mature macrophages both on the cell surface and in intracellular vesicular structures. Expression is thought to correlate with endocytic macrophages and is useful in many disease models. Expression is not found on immature macrophages or monocytes or any other cell hematopoietic cell.

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This eBio25F9 (25F9) antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested
This eBio25F9 (25F9) antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of cultured human macrophages. This can be used at 20 μl (0.25 μg) per million cells in a 100 μl total staining volume.
