Description
The monoclonal mouse IgG1, κ, immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype control.
Applications Reported
For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. PE-Cy5.5 Mouse IgG1, K Iso Cntrl has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested
The PE-Cy5.5 Mouse IgG1, K Iso Cntrl antibody is offered in 2 formats:
- µg size: has been tested by flow cytometric analysis and should be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
- test size: has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral leukocytes. This can be used at 20 μl (0.5 μg) per 100 μl blood (or per 1 million cells in 100 μl total staining volume) or at corresponding concentration of experimental antibody.
