Staining of normal human peripheral blood cells with PE-Cy7 Mouse IgG1, K Iso Cntrl (cat. 25-4714) (open histogram) or PE-Cy7 anti-human CD27 (O323) (colored histogram). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis.

Description

The O323 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD27, a lymphocyte-specific member of the TNFR superfamily. CD27 is expressed by a subset of thymocytes and virtually all mature T cells and is upregulated upon T-cell stimulation. CD27 binds to CD70, and through this interaction, plays an important role in T cell-B cell interaction.

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This O323 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

This tandem dye is sensitive to photo-induced oxidation. Protect this reagent from light during storage and all handling steps. When staining cells with PE-Cy7-conjugated antibodies, always protect samples from light.

Applications Tested

This O323 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 20 μl (0.25 μg) per 100 μl blood (or per 1 million cells in 100 μl total staining volume).
