Description
This cocktail of FITC anti-human CD4 (RPA-T4) and PE anti-human CD25 (BC96) can be used for the flow cytometric detection of human Regulatory-T cells. It has become well-established that the co-expression of CD4 and CD25 together with Foxp3 is a reliable marker for the identification of these cells, which are of critical importance to the immune system.
Applications Reported
For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Cocktail: FITC anti-hCD4 (RPA-T4) and PE anti-hCD25 (BC96) has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested
This FITC anti-hCD4 (RPA-T4) and PE anti-hCD25 (BC96) antibody cocktail has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells . This can be used at 20 μl (1 μg FITC RPA-T4 and 0.125 μg PE BC96) per 100 μl blood (or per 1 million cells in 100 μl total staining volume).
