Description

This cocktail of isotype control antibodies is intended to be used with the cocktail of FITC anti-human CD4 (RPA-T4) and PE anti-human CD25 (BC96) (cat. 22-8425), the Human Regulatory T cell Staining Kit #2 (w/ APC Foxp3 PCH101, FITC CD4, PE CD25) (cat. 88-8998), and the Human Regulatory T cell Staining Kit #3 (w/ PE-Cy5 Foxp3 PCH101, FITC CD4, PE CD25) (cat. 88-8995).

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This cocktail of FITC & PE mIgG1 isotype controls has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

This can be used at 20 μl per 100 μl blood (or per 1 million cells in 100 μl total staining volume).
