Description

This cocktaill of FITC & APC Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control should be used with the cocktail of FITC anti-human CD4 (RPA-T4) and APC anti-human CD25 (BC96) (cat. 22-0425) and the Human Regulatory T cell Staining Kit (PE Foxp3 PCH101, FITC CD4, APC CD25) (cat. 88-8999).

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This cocktail of FITC & APC mIgG1 Isotype Control has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested

This can be used at 20 μl (1 μg FITC and 0.125 μg APC) per 100 μl blood (or per 1 million cells in 100 μl total staining volume).
