DescriptionThis cocktail of FITC anti-human CD4 (RPA-T4) and APC anti-human CD25 (BC96) can be used for the flow cytometric detection of human Regulatory-T cells. It has become well-established that the co-expression of CD4 and CD25 together with Foxp3 is a reliable marker for the identification of these T cells, which are of critical importance to the immune system. Applications ReportedFor research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. The RPA-T4 (CD4) and BC96 (CD25) antibodies have been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications TestedThis RPA-T4 (CD4) and BC96 (CD25) antibody cocktail has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. This can be used at 20 μl (1μg of RPA-T4 and 0.125μg BC96) per 100 μl blood (or per 1 million cells in 100 μl total staining volume).
