Questions? Please consult our answers to frequently asked questions at http://www.ebioscience.com/faq. DescriptionThe MAb11 antibody reacts with human tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α ), a 17 kDa cytokine produced by monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, NK cells and CD4+ T cells. TNF-α has cytolytic activity against a range of tumor cells and is important in immune regulation. TNF-α forms dimers and trimers and also exists as a 26 kDa membrane bound form. The MAb11 antibody is a neutralizing antibody. Applications ReportedFor research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. MAb11 has been reported for use in intracellular flow cytometric analysis. Applications TestedThe MAb11 antibody has been tested for intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis and can be used at less than or equal to 0.5 μg/million cells. References
