Description
The monoclonal mouse IgG1, κ, immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype control.
Applications Reported
For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. APC Mouse IgG1, κ Iso Cntrl has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested
APC Mouse IgG1, K Iso Cntrl has been pre-titrated and tested . This can be used at 20 μl (0.5 μg) per 100 μl blood (or per 1 million cells in 100 μl total staining volume).
