Description

The monoclonal rat IgG2a, κ is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This rat IgG2a isotype control has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested

The APC conjugated rat IgG2a isotype control is offered in 2 formats:

- µg size: has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood leukocytes. This can be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.

- test size: has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood leukocytes and can be used at 20 μl (0.125 μg) per million cells (100 μl blood). The pre-titrated test size contains 0.2% BSA.
