Description

The C363.16A monoclonal antibody reacts with the exon B-dependent isoform of mouse CD45. This CD45 isoform is expressed by thymocytes, peripheral B cells and a subpopulation of T cells at high density and by dendritic cells and macrophages at low density. CD45 is a protein tyrosine phosphatase and serves an important role in leukocyte signal transduction.

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This C363.16A antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested

This C363.16A antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocyte suspensions. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.25 μg per million cells in a 100 μl total staining volume. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
