Questions? Please consult our answers to frequently asked questions at http://www.ebioscience.com/faq. DescriptionThe AN-18 antibody reacts with mouse interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), a 15-20 kDa cytokine secreted by Th1 cells. Applications ReportedFor research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. The AN-18 antibody has been reported for use in ELISA and ELISPOT assay. For neutralization of IFN-γ activity, the alternate clones R4-6A2 or XMG1.2 are recommended. Applications TestedThe AN-18 antibody has been tested as the capture antibody in IFN-γ ELISPOT assay, in combination with the biotinylated R4-6A2 antibody for detection. A concentration of 1-4 ug/ml is recommended. For neutralization of IFN-γ activity, the alternate clones R4-6A2 or XMG1.2 are recommended. References
