Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stimulated with PMA and ionomycin in the presence of Brefeldin A for 5 hours. The cells were surface stained with FITC anti-human CD4 (RPA-T4) and intracellularly stained with PE anti-human IL-10 (JES3-9D7).

The JES3-9D7 monoclonal antibody reacts with human interleukin-10 (IL-10).

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. The JES3-9D7 antibody has been reported for use in ELISA capture, ELISPOT capture, neutralization, and intracellular staining for flow cytometric analysis.

The JES3-9D7 antibody has been tested for neutralizing IL-10 binding and biological activity.
