Description

The JES1-5A10 antibody reacts with human interleukin-5 (IL-5), also known as BCDF-α and eosinophil differentiation factor (EDF). This 15-20 kDa cytokine is secreted by T cells and exists a homodimer.

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. JES1-5A10 has been reported for use in neutralizing IL-5 binding and biological activity. Please refer to the supporting protocols for more information. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
