Description

This is a monoclonal rat IgG2b κ. It is used as an isotype control for rat IgG2b antibodies.

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This rat IgG2b isotype control has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis and ELISA.

Applications Tested

This rat IgG2b isotype control has been used by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocyte suspension and can be used at less than or equal to 0.2 μg/million cells. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in other applications.
