Description

The 4E2/MCP antibody reacts with mouse monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1).

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This 4E2 antibody has been reported for use in ELISA.

Applications Tested

The 4E2 antibody has been tested as the capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA in combination with the Biotin 2H5 (cat. #13-7096) antibody for detection of mouse CCL2 (MCP-1, MCP1, MCAF). A suitable range of concentrations of this antibody for ELISA capture is 1-4 µg/ml.
