DescriptionThe 2H12 antibody reacts with the human, mouse and rat Bcl-xL molecule, an approximately 27 kDa oncoprotein. Bcl-xL functions as a central repressor of several apoptotic signals. Applications ReportedFor research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. The 2H12 antibody has been reported for use in immunoblotting (WB). Applications TestedThe 2H12 antibody has been tested by Western blot analysis of HeLa lysate and can be used at less than 2 μg/ml. It is recommended that the reagent be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. References
