Description
The polyclonal antibody reacts with HSV tag; this was raised against a peptide derived from the HSV glyco-protein D. HSV is an epitope tag composed of an 11 residue peptide, QPELAPEDPED, derived from the HSV glyco-protein D.

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Purified Anti-HSV tag poly has been reported for use in immunoprecipitation, and immunoblotting (WB).
Applications Tested
Purified Anti-HSV tag poly has been tested by immunoblotting (WB). (1:400 starting dilution). It is recommended that this antibody be titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
