Description


The polyclonal antibody reacts with HA tag. One of the more established epitope tags is the HA tag, which is a nine amino acid peptide sequence (YPYDVPDYA) present in the human influenza virus hemagglutinin protein. The HA tag has been successfully used in a variety of applications, including Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and immunflourescence studies.


Applications Reported


For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Purified Anti-HA tag poly has been reported for use in immunoprecipitation, and immunoblotting (WB).


Applications Tested


Purified Anti-HA tag poly has been tested by immunoblotting (WB). (1:200 starting dilution). It is recommended that this antibody be titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
