The 7H8 antibody reacts with the denatured form of mouse, human, rat, horse, and pigeon cytochrome c.

Applications Tested

The 7H8 antibody has been tested for western blotting and can be used at 1-10 μg/ml. It is recommended that the reagent be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
