Questions? Please consult our answers to frequently asked questions at http://www.ebioscience.com/faq. DescriptionThe antibody reacts with human RAIDD; the antibody was raised against residues 181-199 (C-terminus) of human RAIDD (RIP-Associated ICH-1/CED3 homologous protein with Death Domain) and recognizes the 22 kDa human RAIDD. Also known as CRADD (Caspase and RIP Adapter with Death Domain), RAIDD contains a DD and a CARD (Caspase Recruitment Domain), which interact with RIP and caspase, respectively, to transduce death signals. RAIDD is constitutively expressed in many tissues and mediates apoptosis caused by Fas and TNFR1. Applications ReportedFor research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This polyclonal antibody has been reported for use in immunoblotting (WB). Applications TestedThis polyclonal antibody can be used for immunoblotting (1:500-1:1000 dilution) of RAIDD from HeLa cell lysate as positive control. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. References
