Description


The Ubiquitin chicken polyclonal IgY Antibody reacts with Ubiquitin. Ubiquitin is involved in the ATP-dependent selective degradation of cellular protein and is located in both nucleus and cytoplasm. This antibody reacts with human, mouse and bovine antigens.


Applications Reported


For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Purified anti-human, mouse, bovine Ubiquitin poly has been reported for use in immunoblotting (WB), immunohistochemical staining, and ELISA.


Applications Tested


For immunoblotting, the recommended starting dilution is 1:500. For tissue or cell staining, the recommended dilution is 1:200.
