Description
The eBioAITR-L monoclonal antibody reacts with human Activation-Induced TNFR family member ligand (AITRL), also known as TL6. AITRL is a type II transmembrane protein of the TNF superfamily. AITRL is expressed by endothelial cells and peripheral blood monocytes. Interaction of AITR with AITRL is important for cross-talk between T lymphocytes and endothelial cells.
Applications Reported
For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This eBioAITR-L antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis, and ELISA.
Applications Tested
This eBioAITR-L antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC). This can be used at less than or equal to 0.125 μg per 100 μl blood (or per 1 million cells in 100 μl total staining volume). It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
