The mouse IgA, κ is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Purified Mouse IgA Iso Cntrl has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested

The mouse IgA, κ, immunoglobulin has been tested as an isotype-matched control for immunofluorescence staining with flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood leukocytes at less than 1 μg per 100 μl blood (or per 1 million cells in 100 μl total staining volume).
