The mouse IgG3, λ is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This mouse IgG3 isotype control has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis and immunoglobulin ELISA.

Applications Tested

This mouse IgG3 isotype control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood leukocytes and can be used at less than or equal to 1 µg per 100 µl blood. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
