The rat IgG2b, κ monoclonal antibody is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. The monoclonal rat IgG2b κ isotype control has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested

Purified Rat IgG2b Isotype Control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocyte suspensions. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
