Description

The rat IFN-γ polyclonal antibody reacts with rat interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), a 15-20 kDa cytokine secreted by Th1 cells.

Applications Tested

The polyclonal antibody has been tested as the detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA for analysis of rat interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in combination with the purified DB-1 (DB1) (14-7310) antibody for capture and recombinant rat IFN-γ (14-8315) as the standard.
