Description

The hamster IgG fraction was purified by affinity chromatography from normal Golden Syrian hamster serum and is useful as an isotype control for Golden Syrian hamster immunoglobulin.

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. Golden Syrian hamster IgG isotype control has been reported for use in surface and intracellular flow cytometric analysis, and immunohistochemical staining.

Applications Tested

This Golden Syrian hamster IgG isotype control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocyte suspension and can be used at less than or equal to 1 µg per million cells. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in other applications.
