Questions? Please consult our answers to frequently asked questions at http://www.ebioscience.com/faq. DescriptionThe FR70 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD70, a 30-33 kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein. CD70 is a member of the TNF family and is expressed by activated mouse T and B lymphocytes. Interaction of CD70 with CD27, its ligand on T cells, is important in T-B cell crosstalk and plays a role in costimulation and immune regulation. Applications ReportedFor research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. The FR70 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications TestedThe FR70 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse LPS-activated splenocyte suspensions. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.5 μg per million cells in a 100 μl total staining volume. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. References
