Questions? Please consult our answers to frequently asked questions at http://www.ebioscience.com/faq. DescriptionThe 2H7 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD20, a 33-36 kDa transmembrane protein. CD20 is expressed by developing B cells as well as mature B cells but not plasma cells. CD20 has been detected at low levels on a small subset of mature T cells. It is suggested that CD20 plays a role in B-cell activation. Applications ReportedFor research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This 2H7 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis, and immunohistology staining of frozen tissue sections. Applications TestedThis 2H7 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood leukocytes. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.25 μg per 100 μl blood (or per 1 million cells in 100 μl total staining volume). It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. References
