Questions? Please consult our answers to frequently asked questions at http://www.ebioscience.com/faq. DescriptionThe JES3-9D7 monoclonal antibody reacts with human interleukin-10 (IL-10). Applications ReportedFor research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. JES3-9D7 has been reported for use in intracellular staining and flow cytometric analysis. Applications TestedThe PE conjugated JES3-9D7 is offered in 2 formats: - µg size: has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of human activated cells for the detection of intracellular IL-10 and can be used at less than or equal to 0.5 μg/million cells (100 μl blood). It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. - test size: has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human activated cells for the detection of intracellular IL-10 and can be used at 20 μl (0.25ug) per million cells (100 μl blood). The pre-titrated test size contains 0.2% BSA. References
