Description

The eBioYGL386 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse GITR Ligand, also known as TL6. GITRL is a type II transmembrane protein of the TNF superfamily and is expressed by endothelial cells and peripheral blood monocytes. Interaction of GITR, expressed by CD4+CD25+ Regulatory T cells, with GITRL is important for cross-talk between T lymphocytes and endothelial cells.

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This eBioYGL386 (eBioYGL 386, eBioYGL-386, YGL386, YGL-386) antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis, and immunohistochemical staining of frozen tissue sections.

Applications Tested

This eBioYGL386 (YGL 386, YGL-386) antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse peritoneal exudate cells. This can be used at less than or equal to 1 μg per million cells in a 100 μl total staining volume. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
