Questions? Please consult our answers to frequently asked questions at http://www.ebioscience.com/faq. DescriptionThe KJ16 monoclonal antibody recognizes mouse T cell receptors (TCR) containing Vβ 8.1 or 8.2, which is expressed by 15- 20% of peripheral T cells in most strains of mice (ie. Balb/c, AKR, C57BL/6, B10.A) and by a number of T cell hybridomas (ie. DO- 11.10, 3DT-52.5, D1G10G11, SKK-9.11, SKK-45.10, MDK16, S18.4). Applications ReportedFor research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This KJ16 (KJ-16, KJI6, KJ-I6) antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications TestedThis KJ16 (KJ-16, KJI6, KJ-I6) antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.25 μg per million cells in a 100 μl total staining volume. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. References
