Description

The eBioAITR-L monoclonal antibody reacts with human Activation-Induced TNFR family member ligand (AITRL), also known as TL6. AITRL is a type II transmembrane protein of the TNF superfamily. AITRL is expressed by endothelial cells and peripheral blood monocytes. Interaction of AITR with AITRL is important for cross-talk between T lymphocytes and endothelial cells.

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This eBioAITR-L antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested

This eBioAITR-L antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). This can be used at 10 μl (0.25 μg) per million cells in a 100 μl total staining volume.
