Description
The monoclonal antibody MKT5.7H5.1 recognizes ILT5 also known as CD85a. ILT5 is a member of the ILT (immunoglobulin-like transcript)/ LIR (leuokocyte Ig-like receptor) MIR (monocytes Ig-like receptor) family. It is a transmembrane protein that contains 4 extracellular Ig domains and 4 ITIMs. Expression is found on monocytes, DC and granulocytes.
Applications Reported
For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This MKT5.7H5.1 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested
This MKT5.7H5.1 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 20 μl (0.25 μg) per million cells in a 100 μl total staining volume.
