Description
The monoclonal mouse IgG2a, κ is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
Applications Reported
For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This mouse IgG2a isotype control has been reported for use in cell surface and intracellular flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested
The PE conjugated mouse IgG2a isotype control is offered in 2 formats:
- μg size: has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood leukocytes and can be used at less than or equal to 1 μg/million cells (100 μl blood). It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrate for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
- test size: has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood leukocytes and can be used at 20 μl per million cells (100 μl blood). The pre-titrated test size contains 0.2% BSA.
