Description

The monoclonal rat IgG2a, κ is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This rat IgG2a isotype control has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested

PE Rat IgG2a Iso Cntrl is offered in 2 formats:

- μg size: This rat IgG2a isotype control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocyte suspension. This can be used at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.

- test size: has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis human peripheral blood cells. Please refer to the antibody vial for the recommended test volume to use for one million cells in a 100 μl total staining volume. The pre-titrated test size contains 0.2% BSA.
