Questions? Please consult our answers to frequently asked questions at http://www.ebioscience.com/faq. DescriptionThe 10.1 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD64 (FcRI), a 75 kDa type I transmembrane protein. CD64 is the high affinity receptor for IgG and is involved in antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), phagocytosis, and regulation of cytokine production. Monocytes and macrophages express CD64, while mature granulocytes and lymphocytes are negative. Applications ReportedFor research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. The 10.1 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications TestedThe 10.1 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood leukocytes. This can be used at 20 μl (0.25 μg) per 100μl blood (or per 1 million cells in 100 μl total staining volume). It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. References
