Description
The L10 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD43, also known as leukosialin and Sialophorin. CD43 is a 95-135 kDa membrane protein expressed on most mature T cells, NK cells, myeloid cells and plasma cells, but not resting B cells, erythrocytes and non-hematopoietic cells.
Applications Reported
For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. The L10 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested
The L10 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood leukocytes. This can be used at 5 μl (0.5 μg) per 100μl blood (or per 1 million cells in 100 μl total staining volume).
