Description

The MEM-101A monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD29, an approximately 130 kDa integrin β1. CD29 complexes with one of nine integrin α subunits to form the very late antigen (VLA) subfamily of adhesion molecules. CD29 is expressed broadly on lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes.

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. The MEM-101A antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested

The MEM-101A antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood leukocytes. This can be used at 5 μl (0.25 μg) per 100μl blood (or per 1 million cells in 100 μl total staining volume).
