Description
The EB11 monoclonal antibody reacts with human Activation-Induced TNFR family member ligand (AITRL), also known as TL6. AITRL is a type II transmembrane protein of the TNF superfamily. AITRL is expressed by endothelial cells and peripheral blood monocytes. Interaction of AITR with AITRL is important for cross-talk between T lymphocytes and endothelial cells.
Applications Reported
For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. The EB11 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested
This EB11 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood cells. This can be used at 20 μl (1 μg) per million cells in a 100 μl total staining volume.
