3-day Concanavalin A-stimulated C57BL/6 splenocytes were stained with staining buffer alone (red line), or purified rat IgG1 anti-mouse CD25, clone PC61.5 (cat. 14-0251), followed by FITC rat polyclonal anti-rat IgG (cat. 11-4811) (blue line) or isotype specific FITC anti-rat IgG1, clone R1-3G1 (green line). Total viable cells were used for analysis.

Description
The R1-3G1 monoclonal antibody can be used as a second step to detect staining with rat IgG1 monoclonal antibodies.
Applications Reported
For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This R1-3G1 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested
This R1-3G1 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes stained with rat IgG1 monoclonal antibodies. This can be used at less than or equal to 1 μg per million cells in a 100 μl total staining volume. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
